Very modern building - it's only a few years old. The restrooms are perfectly clean and the show we were privileged enough to see - a performance by the local pipe bands was absolutely superb. The food too was good and the drink prices reasonable.

This was an organized tailgate party for american thanksgiving and football. Venue is older but very clean. The food was a nice assortment of hot and cold dishes and was very tastey. Terrific day!
