My husband just went in the shop today to buy a bouquet of flowers and the two  ladies attending the shop  were extremely rude. All they said was that the flowers sold there were too expensive and that he should perhaps look into jewel or Marianos instead. They did not offer to sell him flowers or try to inquire on what he was looking for. Being blatantly honest, they just assumed that he did not have the means to pay for the product. Very rude, will never go back.

They did not deliver the flowers that I ordered to my daughter in LA on her birthday. Instead they sent something different. Disappointing.

Before placing order I asked for 10 AM delivery next morning and was told they could do that.  It is over an hour later and still no flowers!!!!  Had to call and change delivery address as no one will be here now to accept them.  Thanks for screwing up our surprise for our daughter.  Will not use your shop again.
