Lake Forest Donna's Custom Flowers

My first time using Donna's Custom Flowers to send flowers was absolutely the best experience I have ever had with a Florist. I called right when they opened, and Donna (The owner I am assuming) picked up the phone immediately. She was courteous, and extremely accommodating. After I placed my order, she informed me that it would be delivered that morning (Placed the order at 9AM, went out at 10AM). This is the thing that I was truly astounded by; before Donna was going to make the delivery, she sent me a text message with a photo of the floral arrangement that I ordered (Stunning Beauty Bouquet) and I NEVER had that happen with any other Florists that I have done business with. I posted the picture she sent me in the photo section. She went above and beyond to ensure that my flowers got sent to a beautiful young woman who captured my heart. For the people reading this, I would HIGHLY recommend buying floral arrangements from here, and to Donna, thank you so much for the best experience that I have ever had with a florist! Absolutely terrible customer service! They are only concerned about get every penny that they can out of the customer. I work in the industry, and if you want a quality arrangement from a business that CARES about their customers, then I urge you to look for a different shop!!!

My husband has been sending me red roses for our anniversary for 24 years now. On our 25th anniversary he went to a new florist he had heard about through his boss. When the roses arrived... they took my breath away! They were the biggest roses I had ever seen! They didn't even look real. They lasted over 14 days and looked more beautiful each day. The roses had a lasting aroma. I am petty sure I know where I will be getting the next 25 years of roses from. We now have a quality florist in our neighbor! Sincerely, Sharon Libertyville, IL
