Management failed training staff on professionalism when it comes to customer service. Gossiping about a customer is inappropriate, unacceptable and needs addressing to correct the issue.

Lots of sales! Jeans everywhere! For men and women on everything. Staff were very kind and helpful.

Service could be much better, young kids working here constantly checking themselves out in the changing room mirror, 0 interpersonal skills by the check out counter staff. Good selection of clothing and good on pricing

I came on a Saturday afternoon. Service was great, but for some reason they only allow people to get in the store until 6:30, when they actually close at 7:00pm. I don't think it's fair since people are actually lining up for a while to be able to get in before they close.

Good COVID measures in theory, really not enough sanitizer sprayed into your hands and staff don't wear masks properly. Otherwise a decent Levi's store.

Coming here for years but staff have gone down hill. Arrogant. No safety for Covid-19. They allow customers in without masks even though it is the law! Pointed it out to staff but no one cared. Terrible, arrogant staff. Manger no where to be seen.

Worst customer service. Can’t get own money back
