I'm giving this outlet five starts specifically for the service I got from the rep for their patience, time and effort in pulling out items from inventory while I was trying to figure out what to get for two folks over a video call. It was challenging but the rep made it happen.
I just want to give this place a 0 star I was treated so badly by Leteeka she was incredibly rude to me and made me feel very unwelcome . I am a black female and I believe that was why I was treated horribly. She was yelling at me to the point I just left the store crying. I’ll never come here again.
Good service and prices. Liked there Signature bags and Robinson style.
I find staff very helpful on weekdays. It gets overwhelming for them on weekends. Great collection of both bags and shoes.
