The staff at this store were so welcoming and helpful! I was struggling to find a jacket for my mother in law who is new to Canada. Lateisha and Nicole were the associates who helped me and they made everything so easy. They worked with my budget and helped me find something very stylish! I loved both their smiles and most importantly their patience with me.
Came here a few weeks ago to purchase a new winter jacket for my wife. The staff was super helpful, knowledgeable and welcoming. I had the pleasure of meeting Nadel and Tanya who helped me find the perfect style and jacket for my wife. I will definitely be coming back to this store.
Rudsak is a brand I haven’t checked out before but was curious to see what they had inside. The assistant manager, Tanya, assisted me with product knowledge and great customer service! I listed all the details that I wanted in a winter jacket and she brought out all the specific styles they carried that matched my likings. I left the store a satisfied customer that day. Great styles and customer service, would recommend!
Such lovely new items!! I’ve shopped at this location for years and there’s so much more variety now. I love the interchangeable fur with those rudsak hoods! The staff is super informative and very attentive. Thank you Tanya for your assistance today!!
Nicole and Nadel need a trophy for excellence customer service. Nicole was happy to bring out the jackets, she was honest, professional and courteous. We left happy with our jackets and would refer more customers for their great service.
The ladies at Rudsak were so friendly and helpful! They went in the back numerous times to search for different items for us. At the end, Nadel even offered to hold on to our bags while we went shopping.
Replace your current staff. One staff wearing AirPods, listening to her music instead of serving the customers The other two were trying different jackets and commenting how nice they are. Lol thanks for your customer focus.

Shopped at Rudsak at the Toronto Premium Outlet. Staff was not helpful, barely answered questions re available sizes & pricing and they were not busy. Numerous items such as knit hats with Pom poms were not even reduced in price, as reflected online for in-store pricing. Worst customer service I have received in any store in a long time. Felt invisible. Will not return.
I bought xs in the store, and when I got home, I found that I was given the wrong size. I called and asked to hold xs, but I was rejected. The attitude on the phone is extremely bad, you can't hold it, you can't return it, and you don't think about how to solve it if you make a mistake
