Lessard Lake Campground

We spent 11 days at this campground while we waited for services to be finished on our acreage. Norm was so accommodating and went out of his way to take good care of us. He works so hard to keep the place in good shape and to keep campers happy. Our daughter enjoyed the two playgrounds, and the laundry and shower facilities were convenient and well kept. I enjoyed my evening walks, especially the view of the sunset over the lake on the beach front.

The campground manager was awesome, very welcoming place. We had our wedding here, the manager was super helpful.

Excellent service, Norm works hard on a daily basis to make sure things are CLEAN and running smoothly Thank Norm...We WILL be back!

Great little campground. Family friendly. Only issue I have is washrooms are locked at night.

The first time that I went it was glorious, We got a spot near the playground by the beach which was all good, very beautiful sunsets on the water, neighbors were great and it wasn't noisy at all. The second time that I went we were inside in a small cutaway, this one was not great at all. The campsite was dirty with beer cans, and there was a wasp nest very close by, I ended up being bit 3 times, so we ended up switching to a different spot that was nearby, the wasps weren't gone but less troublesome. The lake can also be blooming with algae too, so if you are planning on doing any type of activities on the water ask if there is a bloom going on.

We love our spot n the lake. Norm is very friendly, helpful and keeps the place very well maintained. Can not wait o get back out there for the 2022 season :

Nice clean place, friendly people. Late Aug 2021 had lots of algae on the campground side of the lake and can't really fish from shore at campground. But there's a public dock and water was clean enough to wade in. Also possible to fish from dock and shore at this location 5 min drive from campground

Very nice campground off the beat and path. Only 1.5 miles off 43. The host, Norm was welcoming. The bathrooms were super clean. It is a peaceful place to stay.

A very clean comfortable campground. Management is very conscientious, everything is looked after and well maintained. We enjoyed our stay and will be back. Fishing was pretty good to.

Camp was extremely clean. Bathrooms were close by and well taken care of. Norm, the guy running the place, was super helpful and really easy to deal with. Even dropped off a load of wood at our site when we were running low. Highly recommend. Cannot go wrong with a weekend out here. Sunset was gorgeous from the edge of the lake
