Every staff member I encountered was polite and eager to ensure my stay was perfect.nnThe room was modern, comfortable, and equipped with everything I needed. The attention to detail in cleanliness and presentation did not go unnoticed. It’s rare to find such consistent excellence in service. I will absolutely stay here again
We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites West Edmonton – Mall Area as a family with kids, and it was absolutely perfect for us! From the moment we walked in, the staff were welcoming, patient, and great with the children. Check-in was fast and friendly, and everyone made us feel at home.nOur room was spacious, spotless, and very quiet at night — which is huge when travelling with kids! The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we appreciated having lots of room to store suitcases and snacks.nThe pool and hot tub were definitely the highlight for our kids. They asked to go every day! The pool area was clean, warm, and well maintained, and the hot tub was amazing for unwinding after busy days at the mall.nMy partner and I loved the fitness centre, too. There was enough equipment for a real workout, everything was clean, and the hours were super convenient.nBreakfast was fantastic. Our kids had tons of choices — pancakes, fruit, hot food — and there was plenty of seating. The staff worked nonstop to keep everything stocked and clean, which we really appreciated.nThe location is unbeatable for families. It’s only minutes from West Edmonton Mall, so we could come and go throughout the day without long drives or cranky car rides. Free parking was a big bonus.nWhat stood out most was the team. Every staff member we met was kind, helpful, and genuinely cared about making our stay comfortable. Travelling with kids can be stressful, but the staff here made everything easy and positive.nWe will definitely stay at Holiday Inn Express & Suites West Edmonton – Mall Area again. It’s clean, safe, friendly, and perfect for families visiting the city. Highly recommend!
We always stay at this hotel, and my wife and I really like it. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are clean, and the staff is very nice and friendly. There is a lady who always works in the morning; she knows me and my wife and always gives us the best room. We always stay in the same room on the first floor because my wife prefers the first floor. She allows us to check in early, as we usually arrive before 3 pm. due to an appointment, and she has never refused us. She is very kind and caring and always makes sure we are comfortable. The front desk lady is very nice and always helps us. I give 5 stars to Tahira.K
Great hotel and the staff were amazing and friendly and very accommodating. Our king room was massive with an amazing double sink and separate stand up shower. Their breakfast was always great with alot of variety and plenty of seating. Definitely looking forward to coming back.
My wife and I stayed at the hotel, and it was an amazing experience. The bed was very comfortable, and the hotel was quiet. The breakfast was good, and the front desk staff was very kind.nnMy wife had surgery, and I stayed at the hotel for her appointment. I slept in the bed and found the mattress extremely comfortable. I asked the front desk if they could help me find where to buy the same mattress. Thaira kindly helped me by searching online for a good place to purchase it. Thanks to her recommendation, I was able to buy the mattress. I later informed her that I had purchased it from the place she referred me to.nnWhenever I passed by the front desk, she always asked about my wife’s health, which I truly appreciated.nnThaira is a very nice and helpful lady. Thank you for your excellent service!
