I went to get my tires rotated and they were quick & friendly. They mentioned I had uneven tire wear, that it was probably an alignment issue but everything else looked fine. However, I had taken my truck to Howie's Tire and Autocare and they took the time to actually show me how loose the play in my tires were in my front end. My ball joints needed to be replaced. Les Swab wrote in their service checklist that the front end component was tight. The tire rotation was free and quick so I can't complain about that. However, not noticing the front end component issues is a bit concerning. Howie's was also a lower price for an alignment.

We are more than 1,000 miles from home and our tire gets shredded. I mean shredded. This place, right at closing time, drove to us, changed the obliterated tire, and were going to change tires that same night. Unfortunately, the tire size of our vehicle is rare, but they drove across the valley to pick up the only tires that fit our vehicle. I write a lot of bad reviews for places that deserve it, but sometimes places deserve a great review. We want to thank Les Schwab. They, in my opinion, went above and beyond regarding what they are required to do. Thank you.
