All was great till they knew they sold something. I was told I would be notified of time of delivery. I did not know I was getting a delivery until the Delivery boys were in my driveway so I had to abandon my errands. After having to wait for me they told me they "get paid by the hour; no difference for them". After I showed them the path for walking they went a different way through the mud and tracked mud everywhere. Like on my white rugs I just washed. I take my shoes off when I come in my house. you would think they would respect that. Professionals would have boot covers regardless. Then I went to register my mattress, I couldn't read my law sticker so I called. They wouldn't help me. told me I didn't need to register because they have all the information on file (except for the serial number that is). I could have gotten a two-for-one coupon if I could have registered; $399 value. After spending over $4,000 you would think they would be more considerate.

A lot of variety. Some salespeople won't go down at all even when buying multiple purchases. U have to go multiple times to find one that will lower their commission

Nice showroom and very helpful but not annoyingly helpful. Little over priced but if you haggle with them they will work with you. I bought a really nice recliner from them. It was a $1200 on sale for $900 and I walked out with it for $700 it was fun haggling the price.

Has nice furniture and bed mattresses but a little spendy for the quality
