I've been coming to this clinic since I was a child. Unfortunately, with the change of ownership several years ago the quality of service has reached an all-time low. A few examples: I waited in line for TWO hours on a Sunday for admission when I was very sick and had a fever. The line had already started and I was second to last in the queue. When the receptionist finally came around and unlocked the clinic, the patients all grabbed number cards from the front desk until the woman in front of me took the last two. I was then told there were no more places available and to go somewhere else. I asked how it was acceptable for someone to take a number for a relative or friend who wasn't even AT THE CLINIC and was met with an indifferent rejoinder that such things are allowed and it's not required for the patient to be in the clinic at all. I left and never went back again - after 20 YEARS of putting money in their pockets. Another time the receptionist on duty called my mother - they're both acquaintances, and my mother uses this as a way to skip the waiting list to see specialists that other people wait MONTHS to visit (proof of the favoritism and corruption that prevails here) - and gave her the results of my blood tests, a shocking and completely illegal breach of patient confidentially. I reported this to the owner, who said he'd look into it. The following week the same woman was still working the front desk. They simply don't give a shít. The last inexcusable offense was when the ear, throat & nose specialist took over 4 vials of my blood when I experienced an inexplicable 6 week bout of dry mouth in late 2011 - and lost all of them. No reason or explanation was provided. The lack of professionalism in this clinic's visiting doctors is breathtaking, and would never be acceptable in the rest of Canada or the U.S. Only in Quebec. This is hands down the worst public clinic in the south shore (which is saying something, given how they're all terrible) and the owner (Shinder) is a lying, selfish príck whose religion is money (typical of his people).

my mother has been a client for over 50 years. her doctor retired and they told her to get lost and go find another doctor. very sad for an 87 year old with severe medical conditions

First Dr Shinder came 1 hour late. After that he did not want to listen to me, gave me a half diagnostic and told me to leave because he had to take other clients! He did not gave me any medication and told me to go to the hospital! He's the most unprofessional and unhelpful doctor I ever met.. THE WORST. Don't go see him you'll waste your time and energy...

Patricia at the reception provides a wonderful job always with a smile. She really is an asset for this clinic. Doctors are so good. I love the service at this clinic.
