Natural foods market. Has rganic produce, vitamins, natural foods, bulk staples, and a vegan friendly deli. Great variety of vegan products. Also they have a lot of healthy / bio stuff, vitamins, supplements, soaps and essential oils. A bit expensive, but if you are looking for something healthy go there. Good location easy to find at Saint Denis in a busy street ! The employe told me it's the smallest branch of marché Tau , they have another branches to visit.

The one on st Denis is quite small compared to the Laval store. Love the place though. For organic lovers, you can always find something to buy

Low prices vs it competitors. Great team willing to help you. There's a nice sense of community with the store, workers and customers on sight.

Great little store to get your organic goodies. The selection and prices on the produce is very decent. However, the selection of packaged goods though really good it's a little bit pricey compared to other organic stores. Also, the place is small and packed, i don't mind but it tends to be a little bit claustrophobic.

I wish I had one closer to home. The staff is friendly when you asked questions. When I was in Rachel / St-Denis; this was my main groceries store. Now the closer to home is IGA complexe Desjardin / Rachel Berry.

I shop at Tau regularly and I always have a great experience, There are always many staff and *if you ask*, they will gladly help you. I often find great deals as there are different specials every time I visit. I rather support this business, than Rachel Berry- now owned by Sobeys.

Good range of health food products. Good prices and a lot of variety of brands for each supplement. Staff are very friendly and helpful! One of the better health food chains around montreal.
