Excellent Service and Quality Furniture from Leon’s!nnI recently ordered a living room set from Leon’s and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The delivery was prompt, professional, and hassle-free. The delivery team was courteous and made sure everything was placed exactly where I wanted.nnThe furniture itself is exactly as shown online—stylish, sturdy, and well-made. The sofas are very comfortable, and the industrial-style coffee and side tables add a nice modern touch to the room. Everything feels durable and high-quality, and the setup looks amazing with our space.nnI highly recommend Leon’s for anyone looking for beautiful furniture and a smooth delivery process. Great job!
Very efficient delivery service. Called me twice to let me know exactly when they were arriving. Very punctual. Carried the TV i ordered upto my room and made sure it was working and in good condition before leaving. Great experience all around!
The high level of professionalism was beyond my expectations! They were fast, friendly and well organized! The work is hard, however they make it look effortless. What ever you’re paying them, it’s not enough! Thank you for a pleasant experience!
Absolutely terrible experience with Leon’s — I will never shop here again.nnWe bought a couch from Leon’s that ripped shortly after purchase. We used the warranty, only to be offered HALF the value of the couch back as store credit — not a refund, and only usable towards another couch.nnWe picked a new couch, which ended up costing us over $1,800 out of pocket after the credit. That couch was delivered damaged — and to make it worse, the delivery team also seriously damaged our hardwood floor during the process.nnA technician was sent to inspect the damages, confirmed both the broken couch and the destroyed floor. Since then? No apology. No accountability. No compensation. We were later told the couch we chose is no longer available, and the “closest alternative” would cost another $600 — with no discount offered. After everything we’ve been through? Unbelievable.nnWe’ve been told the delivery team would contact us about the floor. No one has called. Management at the store seems to avoid us entirely — no one is taking ownership of this situation.nnThis has been a complete nightmare from start to finish — poorly handled warranty, damaged product, damaged home, and now complete silence from Leon’s. Shop here at your own risk.
very efficient delivery and well taken care of the furniture. 5 stars all around. just make sure your elevator is put into service for the delivery guys, if you live in a building! thanks Leon's, you're great
