The experience at the store was second to none. The person who helped me with my purchase was very helpful and made the process seamless. The delivery process was the worst I have ever experienced. A recently installed front door frame has been damaged and the delivery individuals did not even have the decency to notify me. They left the house leaving the front door open and when I went to shut the front door I discovered the damage they had done.
Jesse was helpful and not pushy. She let me take my time to look around then was great when finally making my purchase. My special order stove came faster than expected and the delivery staff were friendly and efficient. Very pleased with my new Samsung appliance and my experience overall. Thank you!
Three men came to deliver my couch which was a bit bigger than regular couches I guess. They were super friendly and got it done fast. Thankfully it fit and they were experienced and careful when maneuvering it so there was no damage :!
Really happy with the service that people from Leons provided. The sales lady was awesome and very very helpful. The delivery guys were fantastic and you can tell they are very professional and know they job thoroughly. Over all I am very happy and will definitively shop at Leons when I need furniture.
I got my delivery in timely manner. Driver gave heads up 30 mins before their arrival. Both the delivery person are very helpful and polite. They also offer to put the furniture in the apt. I live on 1st flr, needs to take stairs. Some delivery person refused to take stairs and told me their job is to leave the delivery at the building door and we have to take it to our apt happened in the past. It’s possible it might be true but it’s a good gesture to help the customer out if they don’t have any help. Well my experience with Leon’s delivery person are always positive. I have purchased few other things in past. I hope it stays the same in future.
