Terrible experiencenthey made me wait for more than 4 months for delivery, and when they finally delivered the furniture to me, it came broken, and now they say that due to policy, They cannot cancel my orders.nThe dressers I ordered are totally different from the ones they sent. I have been trying for 2 months to get someone to contact me to give me a solution, and I have not had a response. When I call, they tell me to send photos by email. I sent the photos and someone contacted me and they told me they were going to call me back, but nobody call me. I called again and so on, 2 months have passed.nThey only offer to repair the furniture, but it does not seem fair to me that they repair something that I bought new or that I have to pay a cancellation of orders for something that they sent broken, or that I have to pay for furniture that is not the same as the model I ordered.nNow I am looking for some government institution that will help me solve this,nbecause their customer service people are very rude and treat you very badly.nI do not recommend Leons anymore. The truth is that their employees and customer service are terrible, and honestly, their furniture is no longer of the same quality.
The driver was very nice and quick. His partner was quiet. The plastic was opened on one side but my mattress is in excellent condition. The driver did ask his partner why the plastic was open on one side and didn’t get a response from him. That was kinda weird. The service was excellent and quick. Thank you
Terrible experience on my recent purchase: from Leon’s Furniture, Bosch dishwasher and full size Frigidaire fridge including4 extended washer . Buyer beware … if your purchase has defect from the 1st date and it requires assistance from this store to address issue to customer satisfaction and this store might not for you .n1. We purchased the Dishwasher & Fridge and they delivered on Jul 16 and the negative experience start right from the delivery crew..n2. The delivery crew was in such of a Rush they were lack of care on the new fridge after it got into the kitchen it has multiple dents .n3.Also The left door has misalignment and ponit it to the delivery crew and the gent saus because it heavy then left .n4.2 days after I received the fridge I make multiple reports via telephone calls and emails with photos of left door alignment and nit properly close smoothly due the doior is seating correctly fully down on the bottom door hinge .and it’s not properly sealing causing condensation on fruits drawer .n5. I have to come into the store request to address the issue Urgently, . Customer offered $100.00 dents and have Leon’s preferred Elite Alliance come over to investigate the issue left misalignment Nd will do the repair as required.n6. Elite appliance Technician came , he made adjustments to realigning the left door but without success and the is still there and he told to Contact Fridgidaire and Leon’s and they help to address issue .n7. I called fridigedaire Canada then they asks me to call Leon’s.n8 This has been a headache , i multiple requests to Leon’s to offer the full refund plus extended warranty, Leon’s replied they in consultation with to Investigate the issue and get back to me and the Full Refund is denied because it has been used since July , but The fridge came with multiple defects as it delivered.nI really need help from Leon’s to provide decent customer service to their Customer.. and currently is lacking.nnFrustrated VIP Customern________nnHi Leon OwnernnWe really Need assistance help resolve issue ofnLeft Door misalignment and water condensation in the fruit drawer , it has been almost 3 months since the issue has nit been resolve with 2 times The Elite Appliance Technician came 2X to fix the problem and both they were able to fix the problem.nAfter multiple calls and emails and Visit Leon store customer advise it still under manufacturer warranty and i have calll frigidaire and i callnFrigidaire times and they still waiting for the service report .nMy brought new fridge and expect it’s the condition as it displays at Leon’s store and just happens the Fridge has defects and Leon’s to tKe the responsibility to resolve issue Urgently. With 3 request at below.n1. Have someone professionally able to repair the lefft misalignment and water condensation in the fruit draw and 3 times might the charm.n2. Or take this headache defects fridge and give me the replacement.n3. Buyer Beware: Frustrating Delivery PolicynnI recently purchased a fridge and was disappointed to find out they have a policy that prevents delivery to the second floor. They left me in a difficult situation and wasted both my time and money. It’s baffling that they sell such heavy appliances without the capability to deliver them properly. Also look at the washing machine they left on my back porch and not the curb. I have been issued a ticket from bylaw. Until now I’ve gotten just excuses. Complete waste of my time and money. They attempted a fourth delivery today only to tell me the same thing.
The delivery guys were awesome!!!! I love my couch!!!nVery polite and hard working, delivery went fantastic, thanks so much Leon’s
