Sanjay has been very helpful and very courteous. We actually went to Bad Boy Furniture and the only reason we walked out without buying was that those people were after us trying to close the sale so badly, but Sanjay gave us enough time to make the decision and did not at all rush to close the sale. Thank you for having people like Sanjay. He's an asset to your business.
Hi! It was great experience having business with Leon’s Furniture. Kudos to Ms. Juliet Hadler who personally assisted us from choosing and closing of the sales all what we wanted to buy to our liking.She even go beyond expectations coordinating with the deliveries and keep on updating us what‘s going on with all our orders. She even made sure that the technicians , assemblers will definitely arrived on the said appointments. Thank you everyone . She did an excellent job going extra mile. Excellent customer service. Poor customer service from NEW Leon’s employee on April 3 around 5 pm.nnMy family has been shopping at Leon’s for over 15 years. We saw on the Leon’s website, mattresses for $199 and $349 part of the employee sale until April 3. The new employee who greeted us immediately started showing us the $1000+ mattresses and said that’s all we have. She would not show us any of the mattresses downstairs. Then she suggested we go to IKEA because it’s CHEAPER. When we refused she said “then you need to pay the price for Leon’s” with so much attitude. We’ve bought $2000+ sofa sets, dining tables, and mattresses in the past. In the last few months alone we bought a 75” TV stand and sofa bed for over $1000. Every Leon’s employee in the past has given great customer service. This is first time I’ve received such terrible customer service and attitude from a Leon’s employee. Leon’s needs to give these new employees better training. She should not be suggesting IKEA when working at Leon’s.
I have the worst experience with shopping at this location. I place an order in December 2023 with a promise of delivery on January 2024. In January I contacted the store and they told me sorry we have some issues with shipment and you have to wait till mid March. I contacted them now and they are telling me to wait till April first week. I already fully paid them. I feel they are not honest, cheating people and not caring about their customers. I am not recommending them to anyone else to shop from them.
I would like to say a Big thank you to Juliet for assisting me, at your store in Danforth Rd...Juliet,is one of the nicest sales associate I have ever met. she's very pleasant and professional and very knowledgeable about her job...it took me a while to make up my mind about stuff but she remains very patient and made sure I was purchasing the right stuffs to meet my needs. I was very well taken care of by her...Juliet, you're a sure Blessings to me and I appreciate you Alot...thank you for your help!!!
