I really wanted to love this desk, but this entire experience has been nothing but frustrating. I paid over $1,400, and waited more than a month just to pick it up, and when I finally got it home, I opened the box only to realize they didn’t include the hardware to assemble it. Mistakes happen, but what made it worse was their terrible customer service—I had to wait another two weeks just to get the missing parts. And when I asked about returning it, they wouldn’t take it back because I no longer had the cardboard boxes, something they never even mentioned when I bought it. For the price I paid, I expected so much better customer service. Really disappointing, and I wouldn’t shop here again.
Just got the Murray bed set and I love it! I had to wait a long time ordered in October and it just came in January but it’s so worth it. Delivery and set up was smooth and done by 2 guys who were really efficient with excellent customer service! We actually bought it in the new Mississauga store but it doesn’t show up on google.
Home Société is a furniture store that is large and attractive and carries various brand names at different price points. I bought a bed and I am very satisfied with my purchase and the delivery service. My sales associate was Lizette and she is the best! She is friendly and very knowledgeable about the products they offer, and she goes above and beyond for her customers. A gem!
Really great experience with Home Societe - the sales lady Lizette is very professional and caring for her customers, did every step to ensure the sofa measurement fits my apartment door and hallway. The furniture delivery team with Sergey is also efficient and professional. Thank you for the wonderful service and beautiful sofa!! Would definitely recommend to people around!
Bought new leather couch. Not only was it on sale but delivery was within one week of purchasing. Everything went very smoothly and the couch arrived in perfect condition
