I like the old architecture of churches and this one is quite nice. The trees outside add to the overall welcoming feel. During the xmas season they decorate some of the trees. They have events every year like a yardsale for childrens toys, clothes, etc. It is also conveniently very close to the baseball diamond across the street and the Leaside Library. Very child/family friendly. For anyone who doesn't have children however this church might feel like they are not welcome. Maybe there is room for improvement there by hosting events for singles??? Maybe.

I saw a guy at the CHURCH SALE get badly bullied by a dealer that was also waiting in the front line-up. He waited in the line-up for over an hour then was ask to leave by the greedy dealer who was also waiting in the line-up for the CHURCH SALE. The paster came out from the church and did nothing to stop it. I heard that the police where called and was told that there has been another fights at the same CHURCH SALE over the last year. In order for this type of problem to STOP, the church needs to add another line-up so the greedy dealers don't always have first choice. These greedy dealers are at all the church sale in the city of Toronto abusing good people who need stuff for their families. This needs to stop. I hope that ever church sale in the city gets together to stops this kind of behaviour before someone gets stab or shot to death. I know it will happen soon. I see it coming. Judy Otter From Toronto
