Nice place, nice staff. A friend and I had the Signature Pedicures. The technician I had was ok, but not amazing. My chair had massage feature that worked, the two other chairs were broken. My friend had a technician that clearly didn't know what she was doing, very sweet, just inexperienced. It's a cute little place where older ladies would feel comfortable. Infact there were a few. I apologized to my friend for booking us there. The food scrub smelled nice. Don't want a refund, don't need someone to contact me. Won't be coming back though.  Edit: the chairs were all plugged in and mine was the only working one.

Very nice staff and ambiance but it all express massage, mani and pedi felt very amateur to me. Massage especially was  little to no pressure. Frankly felt like oil was just being rubbed on my back slowly with no actual massage happening

I absolutely love coming here ! The ambiance is so relaxing and the staff is so welcoming. I love getting express microdermabrasion there. Convenient, and quick. The perfect service for lunch time!

I have been going to Le Petit for facials for a long time and have always been so so happy. Marta truly gives the best facials in Vancouver, by far. My skin always looks and feels amazing. She takes the time to educate you and listens to what products work or don’t work and tailors it to your needs.

I received a gift certificate for my birthday and after just having a baby I was exciting to get to relax for once. Unfortunately this wasn’t a great experience and wish I just stayed home. First off, there was barely any communication/ no warm welcoming, no client consultation was done and I had never been there before. So right from the start I knew my esthetician  probably wasn’t the most experienced. I booked a 75 min massage and my massage only lasted 55 mins. Moving on to my French pedicure. no proper massage, didn’t scrub my heels or anything. and she had no idea how to do a French pedicure. I never complain but I had to complain they looked terrible. Couldn’t even tell they were French tips as they were covered by dark pink streaky polish. She ended up trying to fix them and they still looked bad. The place looks very nice overall I think I just had an inexperienced esthetician. The lady at the desk was kind and discounted my service and gave me a certificate for a pedicure with a different esthetician. I went home and ended up just removing the polish. Maybe more training needed for new employees.

About a week later my pedicure by Eylin is still looking good and my feet feel great! The experience was extremely relaxing, the chair was comfortable, and I was able to rest my eyes while she worked. Looking forward to coming back for another treatment!

Le Petit Spa is a treasure in our city. My girls and I were pampered and spoiled on our first Spa Day together. I have been coming to this neighborhood spa for years and now able to share this amazing experience with my daughters. Le Petit Spa is very family friendly and treats clients and staff like family. The estheticians who I met 15 years ago are still there making their clients beautiful. I can’t wait for my next Spa Day!

My sister took me for a spa day. My massage was done by Caroline. She's amazing and the new location is perfect. Great experience all around and fantastic sister day
