My favorite spa! I have been coming here for many years and felt that it was important to share my experience as I feel that some of the less-than-positive reviews are inaccurate. The spa is clean, cozy, and tranquil. The people who run this location are obviously passionate about what they do and it shows. I have always been greeted with a smile and made to feel welcome, even prior to becoming a regular customer. I have never felt rushed or pressured at all. Just like any service business, if you have an appointment you should show up 10 or 15 minutes early so that you have enough time to get checked in and prepared for your treatment. This will help to avoid any feeling of being rushed. In terms of the therapists, I have had many and they have all been pleasant and very professional. I go here to relax and give my muscles a treat and that is exactly what i get every time. I have been to several other spas and for me this place is the best!

-No place to relax and wait for your massage, no bathrobes and snacks before or after massage. - very spartan environment with small massage rooms - good massage by an experienced masseuse, but poor atmosphere, a little too Buddhist for my tastes. - had to pay for additional cost of the massage over and above the $129 gift certificate - you should feel indulged and pampered in a spa, but my experience here was strictly check-in/check-out. - will not be returning, since other locations in Vancouver provide better value in a more relaxing environment.

I had a 60 mins Siam Blend massage with May and it was the best massage I’ve ever had. The pressure was right! Not too strong and not too light. She focused on very stiff areas like hips, shoulders and arms. She spent enough time on each area of the body and I felt so calm and relaxed after the session :) I’ll do 90 mins next time!

Great Thai Spa! Seriously, this is beyond my expectiation!! My friend recomended me to this place since her back pain getting better after having treatment in this spa 1-2 times a week for a month. I also have an office syndrome that my shoulder pain always bother me and it is worst on Friday after work. I got first impression by a warm welcome greeting when I entered the spa. The lemongrass scent made me so relaxed. The place is clean and cozy. I had tried 90 min massage which I told the therapist to focus on my shoulder and back. At night time I could sleep very deeply and I felt my muscle loosen. I plan to buy their 5 times pkg since this is cheaper than pay regular price. One concern is I cannot just walk in during weekend as they are fully booked so I recommend to call for booking in advance because they are so good !! They should expand more rooms for us :) Thank you for helping my shoulder pain

Hidden Gem!! Best services, Best products, Best experience, and the all staff that work there are super sweet and helpful. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great gift for that special someone or looking to treat yourself! I love Sabai Thai Spa Coal Harbour!
