Spa Utopia Health and Wellness Center

Couldn't be happier. Great service. Had my hair cut by Michelle. She did an absolutely amazing job and made me instantly comfortable. Had a great experience. Will be going back for sure!! Thanks!!

Was visiting for my 30 birthday trip, expected something much less impersonal. Called to say we would be late because of a massive blizzard going on (directed to call centre not main desk), arrived late and expected a short massage as a result but really actually didn't know anyone did a 50 min massage... I didn't make the reservation but honestly. $150. Was led to the lounge which was sooooo full of people, unable to have a private conversation or sit alone, my rmt was very kind and friendly but it was just a very very strange massage from anywhere else I have been. A lot more oil, a lot of wet towels and I didn't feel my muscles got the attention they needed- even the ones I indicated needed aim real work. Relaxing and peaceful but not particularly restorative. Honestly don't think I would recommend it based on price and overall experience. Luckily mine was better than my friends at least.

My hair dresser Natalia was the absolute best! She made she I was comfortable, that I got exactly the colour i was looking for, and was so calming to be around. I was so relaxed and happy i nearly fell asleep while she was rinsing the colour. The only slight down side was over the phone i was told it would be cheaper then what it ended up being. But, for the service i recieved it was still worth it. Thank you so much Natalia!

Strengths: spa experience even for RMT customers, online booking system, sauna Weakeness: mistake in my reservation, does not show you to use only gift cards, fruit flies in food We've been to Spa Utopia at Canada place three times. The most recent time we had booked a couples massage but the mausseuse screwed up and took us to separate rooms. While waiting to the spa,they offer refreshments and snacks. They also have a sauna for you to use. We noticed fruit flies on the dried fruit. The RMT was okay. I've had better as well as worst. When paying for the spa, they did not allow us to use all our gift cards. This was not the case in the past (I noticed it on the fine print).

I have been going to Spa Utopia for over 8 yrs, maybe more. Not once I had bad service, a bad massage, or a long wait; and my standards are high. The complementary services are a plus but I DON'T take him for granted, they are "complimentary" so if I can't use the pool or the spa for reasons beyond their control, that is not going to ruin my day. I always leave relaxed, happy, and look forward to book my next appointment. I highly recommend Spa Utopia.
