A great bakery in Canmore! You walk into an inviting and sweet smell of freshly baked goods and a buttery aroma. There’s many pastries and coffees available. The croissant was alright but the stars were the blueberry and raspberry danishes. The raspberry one was amazing but the blueberry was the best of all. The workers were super friendly as well! Would highly recommend the blueberry danish.
12/10. I had the Épi baguette, danoise salé and a danoise with a blueberry confiture. I also had an Americano to pair my breakfast. Everything was excellent! Reminded me of my childhood frequenting local pâtisseries and I couldn’t have been more pleased. Will definitely come back when I visit Canmore.
A real, genuine French bakery!! So good! Buy all your bread here for home. So many customers ordering in French, amazing pastries.nnWish they had plates for eating in and mugs for drinking coffee here.
Stepped in on mother's and it was busy, no surprise. The line was long but it moved fast. The wait was definitely worth it. As soon as you step in, everything smelt delicious. We got a few ham cheese crossaints, almond crossaints and lemon tarts. Everything we had was great but the crossaint was amazing. The croissant was flakey and buttery, perfect!nnNo iced drinks unfortunately, really wanted an iced coffee or cold brew but only hot drinks were served.
Amazing pastries! Just a little walk North from Blondies. They have a super delicious almond chocolate croissant and we also order the raspberry danish. So yummy! Nice views from the window seats as well. We didn’t try the coffee, but heard a lot of people ordering theirs.
