We love books, new and used , and everything related to stories. Our merchandise relates to the books we sell . Out of Print tees and Sweatshirts. Pottery with film and book related quotes.
Even our cupcakes have tiny books on them !

My wife is always on the hunt for a local bookstore to support local business owners. She’s been all around the world, and as a couple who lives in west Texas, it’s a must when we come up for our annual Banff trip! Great selection, and we love all the different sections that are neatly organized!!
Cute bookstore which extends back forever! It also crosses the hallway at the back. Unfortunately there is no longer a cafe inside.
They have great books available, and you can also buy used books. The decor is nice and the ambience feels and some books are like sold at such less price, it's unbelievable : I hope you find some when you visit as well:
I love bookstores, and I was glad to look around with my dog so he didn't have to wait outside. The staff were friendly, and they had a good variety of books. Glad to have found this little shop!
One of my favorite book stores! They have a great selection of books and some cute stationary. If they don't have something in stock they will order it in for you too! The used section is like a hiden gem and its absolutely amazing!
This book store is always a must visit whenever I am in Canmore. There are always so many interesting books in this store. They may be the very books that are in the bigger bookstores... But they are always so easy to find here. The atmosphere and people here are awesome!
I love supporting local book stores! Have a wide variety of selection and the store/cafe was larger than suspected. From sci-fi to finance to romance, they got it all! Can’t believe I haven’t been there before!
This is probably my favorite little place in Canmore. I bought a book here and found my way to the "Used Books Cafe" - where I was able to seat quietly for awhile and read my book and drink a nice pot of tea. I wish there was something like this near my place here in Calgary. The place is so quaint surrounded with books and tiny tables that makes it so cozy. I also love their little China tea cups. I don't know when I'll visit Canmore again but I'll definitely visit this place again when I do.
We meandered in to check out some books while down in Harvie for a little vaca and we were delighted by how hecking cute and welcoming this spot was. The recommended books were great, found a few authors we had been searching for. Lovely staff too!
Super neat bookstore tucked away on the main street of Canmore. There is a great selection and there is lots to look through. Staff are super friendly and if you love books this is a place you should put on your list to stop at while in Canmore.
