We hired Attorney Wingfield because we didn't know where else to turn. We are small business owners and when the economy crashed we had to take on a huge amount of credit card debt to keep us and our business afloat. Even though our business is starting to pick up it will never be enough to get out from under all of our consumer debt. We thought there was nothing we could do until we met Jim. He said I can give you a fresh start by filing a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy. He said it wouldn't be easy and we were not your typical case and he put a lot a lot of man hours and his expertise into our case and even though I was so ashamed we had to do this he reassured us that we did nothing wrong and we needed a fresh start. Even some of the most famous people have had to file bankruptcy and are doing fantastic now. He was just awesome. He made it look like our case was easy. He treated us like we were his only client. We could get a hold of him at anytime and he was very organized and a perfectionist about everything. We have successfully gone through our bankruptcy thanks to Jim. Attorney Wingfield was extremely helpful and knowledgeable when he represented my husband and I a few years ago when we lost our house to foreclosure. He was able to reassure us that we could stay in our home until we found somewhere to live that was suitable for our family. His knowledge of bankruptcy law and how the system works is one that surpasses most in private practice and his fees are very reasonable.
