My tenant and I disagreed over their rights in living on my property, and in asking another lawyer questions on what to do , they suggested I call John Elloian, "as he was the best lawyer in Massachusetts for landlords with tenant issues." that was the best advice I have had in years, as I met with John, we discussed my issues, and he explained the law, the court system and the probable outcomes and asked what I wanted to get out of all this. He made me feel at ease and I hired him. All I had to do was wait while he took care of everything and he kept me informed of his actions, the timeframes and answered all questions. When we went to court, he asked me again what result I wanted, and helped negotiate a settlement I felt good about. I received a DUI which is not a easy situation to get out of then I found this law group I met John Elloian. He was absolutely the most communicative lawyer I have ever encountered, I was always able to reach him one way or another. John Elloian JD, of the Worcester Law Group went above and beyond to ensure my legal needs were met. Regardless of his schedule, I always felt I had John's full attention and his commitment to justice. In the many times I needed his assistance in the courtroom, and believe me he made all the difference, not once did a phone call suffice; John made sure we met, in person, to review each case.
