I had a great experience working with Nick Daviau. He helped me with probate questions and closing on the sale on my mothers house. I had confidence with him right from the beginning. He was very personable and easy to work with. He was always quick to answer any questions I had. He was also able to recommend a realtor for the home sale. I would recommend him highly.

We would absolutely recommend Nick to everyone! We had been trying to get paperwork for our house finalized for months, and finally reached out to Nick after our previous lawyer failed to respond yet again. Nick was so responsive, he was in constany email contact and never left us wondering if he had forgotten us. The paperwork we had been waiting months for was finalized in less than a week once we contacted Nick, we couldn't be happier!

Tom and Judy Conroy - I first spoke with Attorney Daviau in 2010 seeking advice regarding my mother and end-of-life issues. He was patient, compassionate, knowledgeable, and enormously helpful at a very difficult time. Last fall Nick assisted us with estate planning. He listened to our needs, explained options thoroughly, and provided sound and professional advice. Most recently Nick represented us selling our home and purchasing a new one. Having not bought a home in over 45 years, we were totally unprepared for the process. Nick was always prompt and comprehensive in answering our many questions and his experience, honesty, and warm and pleasant demeanor kept us focused and calm through a stressful event. He was always approachable, sincere, and caring and looked out for our best interests. We will definitely seek Nick’s counsel for any future needs and highly recommend him and his work. Thank you.

We recently asked Nick Daviau to assist us in estate planning. This is one of those things people often put off for a variety of reasons, one of which we like to think you wont be needing to do this for a long time or you can do it yourself. Nick took the time to explain all the options in estate planning to us and educated us on the subject. Probably more then you ever wanted to know, but I am glad we did. It is done right, signed by witnesses, and covers all the items that are important to us. I realize Nick offers legal services in other areas of the law as well and based on my experiences, I am sure he pays attention to all of a client's needs and will be sure to point out any associated risks as well.

As I have come to know Nick through BNI (Business Networking International) and one on one meetings, I have found him to be a true professional. As President of our networking group "Auburn Profit Rockets" he has been very welcoming and helpful with helping me make the most of my membership. Overall I would highly recommend Nick as I see him to be very, capable, knowledgeable, trustworthy and honest. In the end, that is exactly what you need in a Attorney. Call him. You will be happy you did.
