DUI/DWI/OUI. The penalties for drunk driving are severe. It is important that the government use balance and wise discretion in enforcing these laws so that ordinary law abiding citizens do not get unfairly charged with this serious crime. Contrary to some government advertising campaigns, it is not illegal to drink and drive. It is only illegal when the amount of alcohol consumed makes you over the legal limit or impairs your ability to drive safely. Our Constitution guarantees those charged with drunk driving the right to a fair trial and the right to make the government prove its case beyond any reasonable doubt. It is my goal and firm intention to provide my clients with an aggressive and zealous defense so that they receive the fair trial that the Constitution promises.

Employee discrimination. I have many years of experience as an employment discrimination lawyer to protect the rights of individuals who have been subjected to discrimination in the workplace, including sexual harassment and gender/sex discrimination, age discrimination, pregnancy discrimination, disability discrimination, race discrimination or any other form of employment discrimination.
