Excellent experience at LASIK MD in Nanaimo! The staff, surgeon and the facility are all top notch. All of the staff are cheerful, knowledgeable and supportive. It's scary having someone use tools and lasers on your eyes. They made it almost enjoyable! I would highly recommend this company. 2 weeks post op and I now have better than 20/20 vision. Excellent results, excellent experience!

Felt very comfortable moving ahead after my consultation. The staff was very informative, and answered every question. Didn't hide behind possible side effects, or the feelings your eyes have once it's finished. The overall experience was well worth it.

Note: I went for my initial consultation and procedure at the Victoria clinic. My post-op has been performed at the Nanaimo clinic. I am thrilled with this place. The employees are professional, enthusiastic, and very friendly. I don't like sales pitches, but I enjoyed my time so much during my initial consultation that I was happy to go back as much to see and speak to the people I'd met the first time again as to get my procedure! The entire process has been very smooth and very informative. All of my questions were answered, and answered honestly - if someone didn't know something, they directed me to who would know. The procedure itself was great! The young man who performed it was as communicative as those before and after, explaining every single step of the procedure and what to expect. Post-op care has been just as good - I have had my 24 hour and one week checkup and will shortly have my one month checkup. (As it's been such a short time, I'll just mention that I knew a handful of people before going in who'd all had the procedure done, between 1 and 10 years ago - which was certainly a big part of the reason I finally decided to take the plunge!)

Friendly and professional staff. Warm and pleasant environment. Plenty of refreshments available (coffee, tea, cookies, apples) and free WIFI. Fantastic experience. Recommended.

The most positive experience ever. The staff at Nanaimo clinic were very knowledgeable, friendly and enthusiastic about laser vision correction. The consultation took away any anxiety I had. From my initial consultation to the surgery and post op care I felt very well taken care of. Thank you Lasik MD Nanaimo for giving me my vision back:) I can't thank you all enough ( Brett, Allison, Dr. Nagy)
