This clinic has taken on too many patients and can no longer provide quality care. Appointment line nurses are curt and sometimes rude, doctors are of poor quality and disorganized. Appointments never take place anywhere near the time booked. Went in to get a letter from the doctor and he told me he was busy but to call back in a few days to remind him. Had to call 5 times over 2 week period to remind him to do his job. So unprofessional. If it was possible to find a new doctor I would never go back. As it is I avoid going unless I absolutely have to.

RUDEST woman Ive ever spoke to in my life after waiting on hold for 20 minutes. Should be fired ! Que says full alll the time, you can never get through.

This Clinic is a major upgrade from the old one that was in the same mall. Brand new facility with so much more room and doctors. Receptionist's are far better, more polite, more helpful, less wait times on the phone. Nurse's station is a great new addition! I was there for my wife's appointment. I asked one of the nurses if she would have time to take out a stitch that was left in me from a procedure I had at the hospital a few days prior and she did it no questions asked and without me having an appointment. Very impressed with this new clinic and all the wonderful staff that go along with it! Keep up the good work folks

I had a positive experience having Dr.Layton as my pregnancy and postpartum doctor. Not only was she professional, she was relatable and always made me feel comfortable. I appreciated how she explained complex procedures/terms. The nurses who took my/daughters height and weight were friendly and helped me out when needed.

I have been a patient of Dr Boshoff for almost 14 years, as well as my daughter, and he is an absolutely awesome Doctor, never walked away feeling less than satisfied with the visit. I'll agree with others regarding unbelievable wait times, unfortunately this seems to happen more often than not, or at least it used to but I haven't been into the new office at all yet, so hopefully that's no longer an issue, but also something my Dr has always been super apologetic for anytime it's happened, he makes it clear if your more than 10 minutes past your scheduled appointment time he won't be able to see you that day and you'll have to reschedule. Maybe more of the Doctors there should do this and appointments wouldn't be so backed up. Just a thought.

Excellent staff and a great place to get to get help. They may be busy at times but always make sure we are well looked after. I can imagine this can be a difficult place to work at with a lot of people coming in with problems, so I think everyone is doing a great job :

The staff are always friendly and go above and beyond for one and all. The doctors and nurses are consummate professionals and have a great bedside manner. You’d be hard pressed to find a better organization with outstanding medical services.

Several days I've tried to get through and get the message: we are too busy to answer the phone please try again later My moms doctor is at this clinic And he wants to see her, so I guess I have to drive in to book an appt?!? Terrible system Any other clinic puts you on hold

Nice new, fresh clinic! It feels so inviting and happy in there, my favorite doctors office I've ever been to. The staff is great and the organization is impressive. Wonderful.

I've always had a good experience here, super friendly staff. I was extremely nervous to get my IUD put in and they let me play calm music on their phone my phone was dead and talked me through the whole process. I got snappy when it started to hurt and told them "just do it!!" after they asked me if I was okay, and then they powered through it for me and didn't treat me any differently. Very understanding and careful with their work. Sure appointments and walk-ins take awhile sometimes, but it's because they have so many people to help, and they don't push people out of the door if their scheduled appointment is over.
