Noise complaints have gone ignored for months. Construction allowed between 10 PM to 4 AM with absolutely no consequence or efforts to cooperate with the police, owners, or tenants. Larlyn ignores complaints about heat in the dead of winter. They assign everything to one person and that is the end of every complaint with no resolution, only email replies justifying why they can’t do anything, more along the lines of, “there have been no other complaints”., therefore deal with it. They charge owners skyrocketing fees which make it impossible to sell your condo or rent to someone else. They obviously have terrible ratings, but beware of any building managed by these people. Completely unacceptable. Will be going to the media.
Just like every other management company out there. Takes ages to respond to emails. Phone calls gone unanswered. Makes one wonder if the money they’re paid is just pocketed on their end and we are laughed at. Their ticket system is a joke. And their employees visit sites looking very unprofessional.
Incredibly poor communication towards residents. Have reached out several times with various questions/concerns and not once have they responded. I've watched them "manage" a renovation project with similar reviews from the hired contractors onsite regarding communication and scheduling. Email communication sent to residents is extremely unprofessional and lacks important details each time. Very disappointed with the price paid for the lack of service.
This company took 5 months to fix the leak in our roof and cost the condo board thousands of extra dollars because Larlyn didn't communicate with the restoration company for weeks on end. Our rep changed every month and no one returned emails or phone calls. We only got action after threatening to take the company to court. When we finally found a better management company, Larlyn withheld our condo documents and racked up some extra charges for who knows what. Getting rid of Larlyn was the best decision our condo board ever made.
Great company to deal with when it comes to condominiums. As a Board we have found their management team very responsive to our community needs and our property manager has kept us updated on industry changes which have an effect on our community. A nice change to the services we have received in the past from other companies.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! Our property management was completely neglected by Larlyn. Bills left unpaid, emails never returned, and late fees that were imposed on us that we had to pay when it was completely their fault. We withdrew from their management and the cheques we received for our account holdings bounced eventually they got us bank draft to get us our money. Our president has a large document detailing everything they have neglected to complete while they were managing our property. Stay away from Larlyn as they are completely unprofessional and have still yet to make a proper effort to right their wrongs with us.
Larlyn has managed our condominium association for several years now. We have been very pleased with the services we have received from Larlyn. They provide us advise as it relates to the condominium act and concerns we are trying to address within our association. We find that they get back to us timely when we have questions. We are a satisfied customer.
