I called the store at 30 min before closing and the owner said don't worry stop by i have an order im working on but i can will make you the bouquet you need. I let him know my price range and he created a beautiful bouquet for me in 15 min. He was very attentive to detail and made sure I left satisfied. Highly recommend this flower shop.

I made an order for an orchid to be delivered on Mother's day. Received a call a day before Mother's day that the particular orchid I selected was not available and that there was a slightly more expensive one available instead that I could get for a good price. Great, that was not a problem. However, Mother's day came and my mother instead received a small bouquet of flowers. Definitely not what I paid for. I called the next day and was told it must have been a mistake and that the right orchid will be delivered that day. They were quick to end the call. Half an hour before their closing time and still no orchid delivered. Two days after the original delivery now, as they were closed for Mother's day. So I call and am told it's out for delivery as we speak. Again, hurried off the phone, I did not appreciate that. She received the orchid soon after we spoke, as promised. It's beautiful and very large. Too large for its pot, in fact, and I will be re-potting it myself. They took back the other bouquet. In the end, I had to jump through a lot of hoops for no real reason at all, however I'm not sure my $100 order would have been fulfilled had I not contacted them about the mix up and we would have gotten what seemed like a $30 arrangement instead. I'm not sure I will rely on Larkin Floral & Gifts again. Their dismissive attitude over the phone and lack of organization caused me unnecessary, albeit trivial, grief. They were, however, accommodating with when the original orchid I ordered was not available. All of this was over the phone. If you go in in person, your experience may be different. Overall, not a terrible experience, but very far from perfect. I would give a 2.5/5 if I could, but a 2/5 seems a bit harsh, so I've settled for a 3/5.

A true artist is arranging your flowers with love and passion here. I highly recommend stopping in and having your arrangements put together in front of you.

I highly recommend Larkin Floral & Gifts. I called to order a large bouquet as a birthday gift and received courteous help, great service and a terrific recommendation regarding the most beautiful flowers they currently had available. The flowers were for my mother and she was thrilled them. She said they were stunning.
