I ordered a holiday floral centerpiece over the phone so I didn't really know what the end result was going to look like. I gave some general input but asked for the designer to use her discretion. My sister-in-law was thrilled when it was delivered the next day. She said it was truly amazing. Mission accomplished!

Have used Heritage House for years. Just sent something they designed to my Mom for Mothers Day and she called to say she was amazed and thrilled with their arrangment...and she is a former florist!!!

Kathy and her staff were very friendly and helpful when I needed floral arrangements for a dear friend’s funeral. I called in asking for an arrangement and had no idea what would be appropriate for a funeral service and left it in their hands. The flowers came out beautiful and colorful. Thank you, Kathy, and staff for your assistance.
