I came in yesterday 10/16/21 for a last minute arrangement for my grandfather’s memorial service this 17th. I asked for a white arrangement and I shared the reference photo on the left to the florist. First thing’s first, they finished everything quickly—he offered to have it ready a few hours later which he did but I just couldn’t pick it up the day of and just picked it up the day of the 17th. Secondly, he was very accommodating and willing to make it all work even though it was a last minute arrangement. Lastly, the flower arrangement came out wonderful. Thank you so much for this Larkin Floral, I know my grandfather is pleased with this arrangement. We’ll be back in the future!

There aren’t enough stars to give for how awesome this place is. Mike is such a kind pleasant man to talk to. I left with the most beautiful arrangement of flowers for my wife and a smile on my face from the pleasant conversation I had with my new friend Mike. Needless to say my wife was very happy with her flowers!

The passing of a loved one is always difficult but not being able to be present it’s heart breaking. My father wanted to send flowers to his deceased brother in Elgin, IL. My dad lives in California. I searched on the web and noticed Mike’s flower shop. I called Mike and he was very attentive and willing to work with us. He even provided his personal cell number, contacted us on the weekend and texted us photos of the beautiful flower arrangements. The flowers were just stunning . If we could give Mike more stars, we would.

Ordered flowers for my wife on our anniversary. They said they would hand pick the flowers and make the most beautiful arrangement. Welp my wife cried because it was the most fascinated arrangement she had ever seen! Thank you! I will ordering again for sure.

I’ve bought flowers from here twice and both times they did awesome job with the arrangements. All of the flowers were in excellent bloom, no half dead and wilting flowers like you get with other places. I highly recommend!!

If I could rate 0 stars I would. Me and my mother just recently moved to Tennessee and it’s my grandmas birthday today 12/14. We ordered flowers to her house in Illinois they were nothing like the picture so we called and my mom got yelled at saying that “we didn’t have the flowers so we made it similar” but it was not similar at all the only thing that was like the picture was that there were orange flowers. the whole time she put him on speaker and he was screaming at her being completely unprofessional. Never again will we order from this shop. It’s a waste of money $80 down the drain for something we didn’t order.

It was great to come across Mike after a bad experience with another outfit. He was easy to work with and delivered a perfect bouquet in the coldest weather in January.

Very disappointed with my order and the service I received when calling to address the concerns I had. I placed an order to be sent as a gift and when I received a photo from the recipient it looked nothing like they should have I was so upset. When I called and referenced the substitution page that states “ Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value.” The gentleman I was speaking with got extremely defensive and ranted about “you don’t understand what is going on in the world for small businesses” and the proceeded to tell me that the profit he receives on arrangements is minuscule due to costs going up. I expressed to him I was only trying to understand why what I received didn’t look anything like what I ordered. The only thing that matched was a ribbon on the vase. Completely different colored flowers in a clear vase, and lacked overall quality in presentation.
