Floral Excellence

Called Floral Excellence looking to purchase a bouquet of flowers for my girlfriend's birthday. I had an idea of what I wanted but Jamie took it to the next level! She built a pretty sumptuous bouquet with candles and luxurious soaps. She added some pretty unique flowers in there too. My girlfriend and I had fun trying to figure out what those were. Jamie was very helpful every time we spoke. No complaints!

Absolutely adorable shop that smells amazing when you walk in as is the customer service! Each time I have been greeted with a welcoming smile and someone always ready to help. They always have something unique in stock along with some of the most beautiful roses and so much more! If they don't have something specific that I'm looking for, they start making phone calls to find it for me or offer to order it in for the next day. Love shopping here and this is my fav go-to for all my floral needs (and sweet gifts as well!)

I ordered my bride and bridesmaids bouquets at this place. Biggest mistake ever. The manager was unprofessional and rude. My flowers showed up 2 HOURS AFTER THE CEREMONY. The manager refused to take responsibility for their mistake. They stopped answering our phone calls when we would call to see how far the delivery truck was. I never received a courtesy call back nor a discount. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE.

Not good! Very disappointed with this flower shop. Didn't appreciate the flowers that were delivered. When speaking with worker, was told well we just send what we have in Stock. That's not good. People should get what they order. Very, very disappointed in flowers. Then to top it off, the owner or manager, was left a message to call me. And apparently doesn't care enough, to at least call me back. I'd say, don't waste your time with this place. Go someplace where, they care.

Extremely rude manager. Their prices are not worth what you pay for...their delivery system is ridiculous, they overbook themselves and then show up HOURS LATE... Take your business some else else.
