Lalli E C Dr

I had been a patient of Dr.Lalli for years as a young girl/teenager but due to her lack of punctuality and knowledge in regards to my own children's well being/development/disabilities we chose to seek more "reliable" health advice..For the past 7 years she had been receiving reports on my children's appointments from McMaster children's hospital. I changed our family doctor through McMaster but she had failed to notify the hospital that we were no longer her patients? I wonder what she has been doing with all the information that she has been receiving all these years??? She does NOT my have my permission to receive it.. she knows this??I have called numerous times in regards to having our files transferred to our present physician but she has not returned a single one of my calls? She was trying to tell me 7 years ago that in order to transfer the kids and my records, there would be a fee of $700?! WHAT!?? I'm surprised she's hasn't retired yet.. she has little next to no business hours and regardless as to wether or not you are her patient,she still doesn't return phone calls? Rude and unprofessional.. she is all about money

Dr.Lalli is always willing to speak to me regarding any issues and has been very helpful throughout the years. She supports more than just modern medicine for solutions.
