Really disappointed in this place so far. I needed a form filled out for my work leave and when I finally got to see my doctor he wasn’t even there. It took almost 3 weeks an extension given by Acclaim and the girl that was covering didn’t even want to fill out my form. She agreed to fill it out for 2 weeks and told me to come back again without giving me an appointment. I was told that they were fully booked not my problem and it took 7 days to hear back. They asked me to email in a new form which I said I refuse to pay for again, and they agreed to have it back to me the following day. I told acclaim this- and never received it. Not even an email saying why so I waited all day for nothing. “Will return your call in 24-48 hours” is not accurate even on every single week day. So disregard this and call back anyways until someone answers you. Update: dr ezzat’s receptionist finally speaks to me Wednesday my form was due last Friday. She says “so are you back at work?” I said “no? Didn’t you receive my messages? She LAUGHS and says “okay” and changes the subject. I said “wow how rude” and she then tells me I AM THE ONE being rude here. I said that my form was due Friday and YOU told me I’d receive it Friday. She said “the doctor wasn’t in” so I asked why I didn’t receive some sort of notice as I waited all day. Again she LAUGHS and says “okay”. Based on other reviews I can see this is normal there. How this girl is still employed I will never know. Apparently if you’re part of a doctors office you can speak down to people and it’s funny. DO NOT even bother.

I wish that the receptionists were as nice as the amazing care providers. It’s awful to be treated terribly when you are trying to book and appointment for your newborn baby or simply a phone call for a referral. I don’t know what has happen to the staff there but I know i’m not the only person who struggles to be treated as a human being while calling for an appointment.

Dr ezzat is by far the WORST doctor around. He showed absolutely no empathy and completely invalidated me also threatened to discharge me as a patient because I was rightfully upset that he failed to mention important information regarding my treatment. Not only that, but he argued with me over my sobriety date. If you’re ever struggling with mental health and addiction, do NOT go to him. He is literally awful at his job. After telling me terrible news he says “have a good day” and walks away without even mentioning how we could resolve the issue. Brutal treatment from a “doctor” with no knowledge on mental health and doesn’t even have the human decency to be compassionate towards someone who’s clearly upset. So unprofessional on some many levels

45 day wait for appointment. 40 minute wait day of appointment. Finally walked out. This is yet another example of ohip being fleeced. Doctors only interested in over booking so they can collect their fees with NO REGARD FOR THE WELL BEING OF THEIR PATIENTS.

Good luck getting a timely initial appointment. As I did not have a regular family physician and required follow up care after an accident. I was referred to Haldimand Family Health Team. Called May 18th for an appointment for the first time. Was told first available appointment June 14th. On June 7th received call asking if I could come in on 8th. Unfortunately, I had another appointment for that date and time. Along comes June 13th office, once again calls to cancel my June 14th appointment! The only available appointment now, so I was told, is July 6th! I tried explaining the importance of my visit as it's been too long to not see anyone after my accident for additional care. Well, I was told to go to a walk-in clinic, as their doctor's were all booked up. As I've never seen anyone from this office to-date, I can't say what the quality of care might be? But as for availability and the booking staff service..........I'd give them very poor rating!

Dr. Kamouna saved my life. If it wasn't for him and his expertise I would'nt be here commending his compassionate professionalism. I have mutiple conditions and he is an excellent physician. I adore this man and his work ethics. Holly is always ontop of things and very pleasant and thorough Thank god he has come to Dunnville. We are trully blessed!

I'm so disappointed with this place, so I'm going to have to go to emergency so my little one doesn't sit with hives all day at daycare.

Best doctors office I have ever been to!! Everyone is so friendly and the nurse explained everything very thoroughly. I am so thankful I found this place!
