I have had nothing less than stellar service from the receptionist to the services provided. They are some of the kindest and most interactive professionals anywhere. Receptionist is ignorant, miserable abd lacks any sort if care for patients.nThey have no idea how to relay information to patiebtsnThey do not answer faxs for proper medication refil.nOt takes weeks to get an appointment, your always told to go to the hospital and wait 12-24 housennDo not recommend!!

Team based care allows for myself and family to be seen sooner and our healthcare providers to be utilized to the fullest!

Really disappointed in this place so far. I needed a form filled out for my work leave and when I finally got to see my doctor he wasn’t even there. It took almost 3 weeks an extension given by Acclaim and the girl that was covering didn’t even want to fill out my form. She agreed to fill it out for 2 weeks and told me to come back again without giving me an appointment. I was told that they were fully booked not my problem and it took 7 days to hear back. They asked me to email in a new form which I said I refuse to pay for again, and they agreed to have it back to me the following day. I told acclaim this- and never received it. Not even an email saying why so I waited all day for nothing. “Will return your call in 24-48 hours” is not accurate even on every single week day. So disregard this and call back anyways until someone answers you.nnUpdate: dr ezzat’s receptionist finally speaks to me Wednesday my form was due last Friday. She says “so are you back at work?” I said “no? Didn’t you receive my messages? She LAUGHS and says “okay” and changes the subject. I said “wow how rude” and she then tells me I AM THE ONE being rude here. I said that my form was due Friday and YOU told me I’d receive it Friday. She said “the doctor wasn’t in” so I asked why I didn’t receive some sort of notice as I waited all day. Again she LAUGHS and says “okay”. Based on other reviews I can see this is normal there. How this girl is still employed I will never know. Apparently if you’re part of a doctors office you can speak down to people and it’s funny. DO NOT even bother.

Good luck getting a timely initial appointment.nAs I did not have a regular family physician and required follow up care after an accident. I was referred to Haldimand Family Health Team.nCalled May 18th for an appointment for the first time. Was told first available appointment June 14th. On June 7th received call asking if I could come in on 8th. Unfortunately, I had another appointment for that date and time. Along comes June 13th office, once again calls to cancel my June 14th appointment! The only available appointment now, so I was told, is July 6th! I tried explaining the importance of my visit as it's been too long to not see anyone after my accident for additional care. Well, I was told to go to a walk-in clinic, as their doctor's were all booked up.nAs I've never seen anyone from this office to-date, I can't say what the quality of care might be? But as for availability and the booking staff service..........I'd give them very poor rating!
