Lakewood Dental Clinic

About 6 months ago I went in to take an x-ray and in my following appointment the doctor told me that I had a loose tooth that also needed a filling. After that appointment I went home and examined my teeth and discovered that I had lots of stains/cavities that I was not aware of before. So, i went in for an emergency walk in exam but all they did was take more x-rays telling me to make more appointments. I was finally able to go in today for my appointment and Dr.Wu gave me a numbing shot which ended up numbing the whole left side of my face, including my nose. After numbing the whole left side of my face all he did was remove one tiny stain, telling me to make yet another appointment.

My dentist is Dr. Jae K Rhee, he pulled my Caine tooth with no problem at all the whole tooth was intact.... He's a wonderful caring dentist and I wouldn't want anyone else for my dental needs...

this is the absolute worst dentist i have EVER been to. i went in for a cleaning and a few fillings. first of all they kept forgetting that i am pregnant and trying to give me too much Novocaine. my first filling she spilled a shot in my mouth and the clamp wouldn't come of the metal thing they attach the rubber damn too, so she is YANKING on my face for over 5 minutes. the next day i was black and blue up to my eye. second filling they had to redo a few days later because they left an exposed nerve, by this time it was infected. i found this out because i speak a little Spanish and she was telling her assistant. She wasn't even going to tell me!!! i go back tomorrow because my 4th filling is also infected. and then i will never go there again. NEVER take your children here

Worst experince ever there customer service is aweful. There rude and the people at the front desk threw a card at me when I asked for the Managers name. I was appauld by the way there treated me when I took my daughter into that clinic and not to mention the way they were all together I would never in a million years reccommend this place to anyone. THE WORST DENTAL CLINIC THAT I HAVE EVER BEEN TO THERE VERY RUDE
