I've gone to Dr. Xu for many, many years........guessing about 25 or a little more. He's always done well for me. Personally, I like him very much. As far as his work, I really don't have anyone to compare him with but I am pretty much happy with the work he has done for me. He's a caring man who takes his time and has the patient's happiness with his work as his priority.

This office has some very insulting and consumer unfriendly policies they want you to agree with in writing up front. You must agree to pay $50 per hour for as many hours as they wish if you need to cancel an appointment less than 2 days in advance of your appointment. For unpaid or disputed balances, you agree up front to pay an additional 1.5% per month, which is 19.5% per year! This is obscene, and they wouldn't normally be entitled to this. You also agree to pay unlimited "collection fees", "billing fees" and court costs before the court even awards them! They put you on notice that if you don't pay they will have a collection agency come after not only you, but your spouse, your family, or anybody they deem to be a "representative". Another thing you sign says that if they don't receive a WRITTEN protest of disputed charges, that you've lost any right you have to dispute the amount, regardless of what the law says. The only way you can prove they received notice is to have it legally served on them, because they can just deny it. You have to sign a paper that says you have received a copy of their Notice of Privacy Practices, which is a separate document. You agree that they can use your private info however it's described in this "notice" and that they have the right to change it at any time without your knowledge. When I balked, I was told "HIPAA" requires this", which is nonsense, and that if I should find another dentist that I feel comfortable with if I don't like their policies. So I did.

I have been a patient at Advanced Dental Care for a number of years. I have always been treated well and wouldn't consider going anywhere else. Always great.

Dr. Xu and staff are very professional and personable. Dr. Xu takes the time to explain things and is careful to use material that is bio-compatible for me.

i did some research before i make decision and after my first visit, i highly recommend you come to here for your dental care. Dr.Xu is super patient and professional, he is not just want to help you for your current issue but for long-term consideration, took entire month X-ray with Stephanie, Ohh My, she made my dental exam not pain n not scary at all. Everyone is super nice and professional! Good place! Good team! I already referral some of my friends to them, Dr.Xu and the entire team took good care of all of them, everyone loves them!!
