This place has caused me nothing but trouble since June. I had my wisdom teeth extracted here. I had my procedure Pre-approved through my Insurance before my appointment. I paid my portion day of procedure.  Then got a call from the billing stating that my dental can’t be processed till the dentist office bills my medical first because of some “codes” the dentist office uses. The head of billing then proceeded to tell me she wanted ME to call my medical to process the billing claim for her!! FYI, that is their job. I’m not in the billing business nor do I know anything about dental codes. Even my medical customer service was shocked they would make me call them to do it.  I submitted the info the best as I could since I don’t work for the dentist office and Mr. Oliveira.  So it should of been done as medical was to get in contact with the dental office and handle it from there.  Then I get a call from the dental billing lady again, it’s August now. She still has no idea what she is doing. At this point I’m wondering how she got her job because she still has no idea how to process my dental claim to my insurance. She wanted me to again call my medical! If my dental insurance needs a form from medical I don’t understand why the dental office can’t submit the claim to my medical just like they would to my dental, then get the denial from my medical and then send that letter to my dental insurance to reprocess the claim?! How is this place in business if they don’t know how to submit claims to insurance companies!? Now I get a letter from the dental office stating that I owe them the full amount by the end of the month with a note saying “waiting for copy of denial from medical side!” It’s October and this happened since June.  Apparently I need to go into the office to do their job for them. Horrible dental office and lack of knowledge makes them look like idiots. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Dr. Oliviera was SO nice and his staff was as well! A breath of fresh air as I was treated like a good friend and not a patient! Thank you!

I am a college student nearby and they went above and beyond for me! All of the staff and doctors are excellent. I would highly recommend to anyone needing a long term or short term dentist.

Dr. Oliveira has been my dentist for over 11 years. He and his staff are always friendly and greet you with a smile.  This is the first Dental office where you show up at your scheduled time and get right in.  I recommend him to anyone that is looking for a good family oriented Dentist.

I absolutely love Dr. Oliveira's office and staff.  Julie was my dental hygienist and she is wonderful.  I am so sad to go.  The reason why is because my dental insurance only covers 80% so I have been getting stuck with a 20% + my yearly co pay for the past few years.  It was not a problem at first, but now it is because my rent has increased by $200 per month since 2012.   

I do not have a new dentist yet, but I have to find one that is 100% covered since I have insurance.  If not then it wouldn't matter.

I highly RECOMMEND Dr. Oliveira.  If my insurance situation ever changes, I will return to him.
