I have given Dr. Carl Knox Family Dentistry a decisive 5-star rating for several reasons. The staff is exceptional. Each and every member of the team is warm, friendly, helpful, and very professional. They treat every patient as an honored guest. In addition, the office is always immaculately clean and inviting. Most importantly, Dr. Knox provides up-to-date, leading-edge dental care. His initial examination leaves no doubt that he is well-trained, very knowledgeable, eager to share his information, and is at the top of his field. I especially appreciate that he takes the time to thoroughly outline and explain all available options, detailing the pros and cons of each. He never tries to "up-sell" or pressure me to choose the most expensive course of action. Dr. Knox has an excellent chair side manner, always explaining every step of the procedure as he works, and frequently checking to make sure I am in no discomfort or pain. I feel very blessed to have Dr. Knox and his outstanding staff as my dental healthcare team!

Dr. Knox and his professional staff have consistently provided quality care to my father who is 97 years old. I live in another state so being able to trust their treatment recommendations and know that they will do professional work is very important to me. They treat him with respect and dignity. You feel known and cared for as a person and not simply a client. I highly recommend Dr. Knox as a dental provider.

My family and I have been patients of Dr. Knox for over twenty years. I can say with all honesty that Dr. Knox and his entire staff truly care about their patients in a way seldom seen in today's medical and dental environment. You are not just a number in this office...you are always treated with caring, respect and the highest level of professionalism, but without the "white coat" attitude. There are no words to describe how highly I recommend this office if you are looking for a great team to provide your dental needs.

Dr. Knox is an extremely competent and ethical practitioner. My husband and I have been patients of his for thirty years. I appreciate how he explains each procedure. He and his staff are friendly and efficient. When I see him for an appointment I am relaxed and confident in his expertise.
