We just had the best customer care from Front Desk person Angela! We can't say enough about her friendliness and willingness to accommodate our special needs and late check in! The room was huge, best bed and pillows which really helped with a rejuvenating sleep. And...the continental breakfast was tasty! Again Angela, refilled the hot foods and chatted with enthusiasm about how she loves her job. Well done, we will be back!

Usually i don’t write reviews but Angela at the front desk was so awesome and helpful! The staff are lovely. We came a bit late to break fast and Angela let us pick what we with wanted anyways and bring it to the room. She was very nice and friendly and made our stay better!

I am not sure why this place has so many high reviews. Staff was nice, i think thats the only good thing.nnI ended up leaving right after check in.n1. Beds were dirty, stained sheets, including some blood stains.n2. Mattresses were old, and did not have zipped protectors. Box springs were exposed, stained and old.nnThe room just felt dirty. When we brought this up to the staff, it was weird, they showed us another room that was a bit cleaner, but mattress was in the same condition, but nicer sheets.nnStaff ended up refunding us which is only reason I did not put 1 star.

Great service from the staff but the rooms are a bit outdated and need to be updated. The paint is peeling in the washroom, scuffs and stains on the wall, and the A/C made a high pitch hummingnnoise at all times. Furniture looked to be from late 90’s or early 2000’s, i think updates to rooms should be a priority. I really valued having an outdoor access door to the room to easily access items from our vehicle.

service was outstanding, ANGELA was friendly, informative and cheerful, even on a dark and stormy night. when we missed breakfast she still made sure we didn’t leave hungry, i would return just to see angela, i wish her the best. the rooms were alright
