Comfort Inn & Suites

Stayed here with work for a few days. The staff all really stood out because they were all so kind and hospitable! They grew to know our schedule and were above and beyond accommodating we worked nights and would always ask us how our day went as we're coming in early morning. When we were leaving they even offered that we eat dinner with them. Such great people! The beds were also very comfy!

We had to evacuate from Jasper and we called in the night for a room. The staff were very helpful and accommodating the hotel is clean and very nice. I am grateful to them for being such a good place for us the go in the crisis. Thank you.

The front desk staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was difficult to regulate the air and we were either freezing or sweating. There was a bottle of used lube in our garbage when we checked into the room. It was a good location and ok for one night.

The staff there are very friendly and they allowed our large group to sit in the dining area. We sat and had coffee and played cards for hours which is so much nicer than sitting in our rooms alone. We were there for 2 funeral services and we came from all different areas of BC and AB and ONT. It was sort of like a reunion for all of us. Our rooms were clean and beds were so comfortable. They even allowed us an extra hour for breakfast! We will definitely being staying there again when we come to visit our families gravesites.

Fast check in, easy access with trailer parking, rooms clean and bed sheets were really soft, breakfast was simple but tasty, rooms were quiet and price was half of any hotel I saw in Hinton. Perfect
