The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and have a pleasant scent. The lobby washrooms were exceptionally clean. There is a quaint pub on the property which is a fun place to visit. The only negative comment: Breakfast is included, which is a plus, however both orders of eggs were very greasy and the scrambled eggs were overcooked and dry not fluffy or scrambled as they should be Having said that, the service at the restaurant was exceptional. She was very pleasant and accommodating.
Impressed by the exceptional service and amenities provided. The room is impeccably clean, comfortable and well decorated, providing a serene environment.
Great place.nClean rooms.nGreat coffee in the morning.nLunch service.nNot sure about continental breakfast.nWere usually gone by 5am.
Awesome staff.nToo bad their app is so cumbersome.nI'd love to stay more often but it's WAY too difficult to use their app.nComplaining is no use. It's been awful for years.nKudos though to their always great property teams!nnCaught the bus there. Stayed next door cuz their app worked.
Well maintained and nice hotel with great service. Also had a great restaurant attached to the hotel. There was a deal for staying 3 nights and getting a 100% gift card and I stayed 10 days and didn’t receive any gift card. So a little disappointed.
