This is a wonderful hotel ! Excellent in every way. Super clean, quiet, and comfortable.nAwesome fresh hot breakfast. Amazing front end staff. Extremely friendly and accommodating. Top notch customer service.nSpecial thanks to Manuel, Oscar & Tyrroxif for being super helpful and making my stay wonderful!!!! Hands down best hotel in Edson. It's also the most expensive but worth every penny. I have stayed there several times and will be back for sure.
I recently stayed here and the rooms were great, pool was lovely and the breakfast was no different.nnUpon check out my deposit was not immediately refunded. The staff and manager were fantastic and responsive and after encountering a few issues in sending the money back to me the manager stepped up and sent it himself.nnIf you were to look for an example of excellent customer service and making it right you need to look no further than my experience with the manager and staff.nnBeyond that one experience the hotel is clean, responsive and staffed by people who care.nnWould recommend this hotel to anyone, anywhere, anytime.
Service assistant Harman was lovely, rooms were great. Unfortunately, this location is no longer running the hot tub due to expense of running it was the explanation from the from desk. If the pool/hot tub isn’t a big deal to your stay I’d give it a 5star rating for our family I’d not have chosen to stay had I known this was the case. The hotel did compensate us with a discounted rate as hot tub was advertised. Much appreciated.
If I could give negative stars I would. My fiancé just called to book a room and was transferred to someone else that was NOT in the hotel. Never once has a hotel transferred me elsewhere when booking a room as they can see the availability on the computer right in front of them. The “manager” on duty tonight march 26th was the one who transferred him. He was transferred to a scam. When I called to speak with a real manager he told me that there was not one on duty and I had to call back tomorrow. I will be calling in the morning and I am not happy about this and being transferred from the hotel to a scam. Beware of the people working the front desk as they are scammers !
Shoutout to the manager for inviting me to the staff ice cream party. Was my second time staying here and the beds are pretty comfortable. Great water pressure too.
