Lakeside Get-A-Way

WOULD'NT RECCOMEND LAKESIDE TO MY WORST ENEMY. THERE SERVICE WAS NEXT TO ZERO. THE INTERIOR AND FURNITURE ARE OLD AND OUTDATED NOT TO MENTION UNDER THE BED PAD THERE WAS A HUGE STAIN ON THE MATTRESS. AND THERE EMPLOYEES WHEN THEY "DID " COME AROUND LOOKED LIKE DRUG ADDICTS AND DRUNKS.. NEVER STAYING THERE AGAIN..

We got the 7 A. It is expensive, old and ugly. I can't believe that you need to spend more than $3,000 for a place that has the tiniest bathroom, questionable infrastructure and does not even has an A.C. for each room. I mean, seriously, it's the attic and it gets pretty hot up here! The lack of A.C. is unforgivable and inexcusable. By the way, we found rotten food and a used diaper... in the kitchen... The only reason why I'm not giving only one star it's because the place has cable and a decent internet.

Lakeside getaway is a great hotel. Stayed there for bike week and did not have one problem. Office staff is very polite and helpful. Would definitely recommend

The actual motel is fairly nice, though the driving space is small and cramped. It's close to a lot of diners, an arcade, a theater, and of course the lake, just to name a few of the many places here.
