Lakeshore Fitness And Health

I’m not much of a ‘gym guy’ so I approached Lakeshore Fitness with some trepidation. But Huan and his team are super-friendly and engaging, and Huan is a first-rate trainer! He puts real focus and attention into his programs, he’s extremely knowledgeable, patient and encouraging. There’s lots of equipment, tons of space and the team shows pride in what they’re doing. Been going for months now… Great place!

Life changing! Huan, Tianna, Annelore are all amazing. I have been doing strength classes with them and I've been able to get results I never believed were possible. The positive atmosphere the support and skill these people have created in this gym is amazing. There is no way you could experience this kind of support and skill in a big box fitness club. If you want results geared for your body and stage in life this is where you need to go.

I first heard about Haun through my son who was raving about how great the gym was and how knowledgable staff was. I signed up for you a few private training sessions with Haun and was blown away at how professional he was and how each session I walked away with new knowledge fir training ... in particular preparing your body for training...Versus jumping right in. We are lucky to have such a great gym close by! I highly recommend this gym!!
