In the area for work and dropped in for the week. Carlos and the team were super inviting and great to train with. Would recommend the gym to anyone in area. I will definitely be back in the future.

We have been going to this school since September and I couldn't be more pleased with the instructors and level of professionalism. The owners Coach Patty and Coach Carlos are both highly experienced competitors and diligent teachers. The head of the kids programs, Coach Nefeli, is great with the kids, negotiating balance between discipline and fun. She also is a black belt in both Judo and Jiu jitsu and has competed in the olympics. My two stepsons always come out of their classes recharged and are proud to show what they learned.nnThe instructors reinforce a sense of responsibility, respect, and discipline and they hold high standards for behavior. They also emphasize a growth mindset and encourage kids and adults to always look for ways to improve themselves. The instructors do an excellent job of recognizing and praising students who put in the extra effort. They also won't hesitate to call you out if you're acting like a clown.

The coaches keep our kids on BJJ point with their strict but respectful style of teaching and discipline. Our son who has ADHD and often struggles with attention and impulsively has obtained outstanding coaching and support! Even during this pandemic they have kept our kids focused and their skills honed through virtual classes.

Fantastic Gym! The coaches are very knowledgeable and treat their students with respect while also applying self discipline! Safety is also a huge priority in their facility which is very important for beginners such as myself and son!
