I love this gym!! Having trainers on the floor and guiding you through your workouts is great. And making sure to change things up every few weeks keeps you from getting bored. This place is a one-stop shop with nutrition, resistance, cardio, classes and massages. Love it!

Great place to work out. Always clean and the staff is friendly. I always used to get anxious before I went to previous gyms because I was such a beginner and felt very intimidated.

Is been about 5 months since I started going to this club so far is been the greatest clean, the stuff is very friendly very clean is not a messy gym great to work out compere to others gym this is one the best times better than planet fitness, xsport and LA Fitness. CFX now full remodel MUNDELEIN

One of the best gyms around without a doubt. The unique machines that make up the gym are on of the best I’ve seen and hit each muscle group in a distinct way so that you feel the pump.

Love this facility. Staff is friendly and helpful. They have a huge selection of equipment and the new treadmills are awesome.

Members were very eager to help and welcoming. Coach was great! Equipment was well maintained. Highly recommended!

The class is intended to provide a positive workout with encouragement, flexibility based upon personal accommodations if necessary and pushes you to be better. You can really tell the instructors care! When you pair these workouts with a solid nutrition plan you’ll reach your fitness goals in no time.

The owners and trainers are the best part about this gym! They really seem to care about the clients!!

Great experience every time I go. Everything is clean, and there is plenty of equipment. I don't have to wait even when it's busy.
