Horrible facility ! Staff does nothing to assist you . They are not helpful and they only pay attention to the more attract and fit clients. You leave feeling worse than when you started. Then after I went in to cancel - they "lost" my paperwork . I have been dealing with this since December. Then they started me 64.00 instead of the 44.00 I was originally paying . I will go on every social forum in Lake Co. To spread the word not to waste your money, time or self esteem. .

What a GREAT place! Keith and staff are extremely helpful, patient and encouraging. It's not a boring gym. It's fast paced, fun and 30 minutes goes by in a blink!! I've only been going there a short time, but I feel great! Give it a try!

Was walking by with my daughter. The owner approached me from outside asking to come check, it out. I'm upset I didn't come in sooner. I will be there Monday :)
