The food was ok less quantity and not that fresh losing but service was not good at all only one worker which had a really bad face on never smiled or seemed like he wanted to talk. He only talked like once

Horrible place! The food is old and spoiled! We came during lunch hour and the place was dead....the first telltale sign. Despite the, we decided to order since we were already here. Run run run....horrible food. Horrible customer service. Chana was spoiled and so was the palak! All the 5 Star reviews are fake.

No taste Rice looks reheated Barely any salad The food is not good at all The picture on the menu looks different Never coming here again!!!!

Wrong order and NO Fries ? Went for a quick bite, got 2 rolls, the girl behind the counter was not really interested to take an order seems like I disturbed her online status changes or profile update. Even with an empty restaurant very dry service. What restaurant doesn't have fries, not even like oh sorry we ran out excuse just a straight " no fries" ok . Then instead of BEEF ROLL, which I ordered I was given a chicken seekh roll. Ofcourse there was an argument as to what I ordered. A replaced beef role was then provided almost as a favour. Like it was my pleasure to have eaten this roll. After there was no " we are sorry for the confusion please enjoy" it was a straight just silently drop the roll and walk away. . Typical Pakistani customer service, not surprised but sad as other restaurants have come such a long way in terms of improving customer experience. I ate the roll due to 25 minutes of a starving stomach, and as my mom would put it I could make a better roll at home understand my roll was a measly $8 but why would I wana spend more money at this location.. Over all not Happy but sad from the microwaved nan kabob roll. Hope something improves.

This is not lahori chicken Karahi if the owner is reading this that's basic chicken curry and it was not made fresh as karahi is suppose to be lahori chicken karahi sounds like premium stuff and chicken seems like low quality cuts

Food is great 5/5 but place is dirty, staff is not polite and cashier was making faces, more kind of take out place.

Wow, simply wow. This restaurant is always held up to the same consistency when it comes to their food, as I have had food at their other location in Scarborough. I also got to meet the owner of store I found him very kind caring and also very respectful with our expectations, plus we got food quite quickly and food tasted amazing. Owner was also very attentive and also offered us a nice warm cup of tea on the house and this wasn't even offered on the menu, I find the owner very kind and absolutely will be back again at this location and I also strongly recommend their food. Food is not over powering and also has nice flavours that will for sure leave your belly full and yet wanting more!!!! Keep up the awesome work and also special hospitality you guys offered. More restaurants should be more like this location as other restaurants don't go over and beyond to ensure your comfort!!!! Great store great cook great hospitality!!!!!

I’ve tried the Scarborough location numerous times and I love it. This location’s food does not live up to Scarborough’s standards. The butter chicken was not fresh and the “white meat” biryani was definitely made of chicken thighs and also was not fresh. There are plenty of better Pakistani-Indian restaurants nearby and I would save my money and go to those!

I ordere 4 different platter and was expecting the same way, but they served in 2 plates. Me and my family didn’t like the way they served it, looks to me they like to save time or plates. Food was not good at all , no taste no spice, rather lamb shank has smell and looks old to me. Staff was polite but I would not recommend this place at all.

I do not usually write reviews for restaurants. But I feel like my take out order at La Sani Grill today, warranted one. Staff was courteous and everything but the FOOD WAS AWEFUL. I've never eaten such horribly tasting Lamb curry. I mean, I'm a terrible cook, and I'll probably cook a much better lamb than this place.
