I have been a member for years and travel throughout the country, so I have tried several different locations. Nicole is one of the best I have had work on me and the front staff was very friendly. I will definitely be back!

You get what you pay for, I guess? Militaristic approach to touching/moving me. Inconsistent pressure (I'd say it was a little too hard, he would ease off for a second, then go back to plucking my muscles like a harp). The room was bright and I swear he was just using a tube of unscented hand lotion instead of actual massage oil/lotion. I got a 60min package and my massage was over in less than 50 mins. When I brought it up with the girl at the front desk, she didn't even acknowledge it. I won't be going back.
